Injection Molded Magnets

Injection molded magnets, commonly known as molded composite magnets, are an advanced class of materials made by mixing thermoplastic resins with magnetic powders. This unique combination is carefully processed under pressure, allowing it to flow into a precisely designed mold cavity. Within this cavity, the material takes on its final shape, undergoes orientation, experiences a controlled cooling process, and ultimately solidifies into the desired form. The injection molding process can produce a range of complex shapes, including thin-walled rings, rods, and intricate custom geometric shapes. Moreover, these magnets can be easily combined with other metal parts to create multifunctional components.
